This document sets forth the rules and principles governing the processing of personal data for participants in the competition organized for the promotion of the game Ghost Justice.

2. Scope of Processed Personal Data

For the purpose of participating in the competition, we process only the following essential data:

• Email address – used for registration verification and notifying you in case of a win.
• Country of residence – used to verify eligibility and to arrange the delivery of prizes.
• Discord username / ID – used to verify compliance with the contest rules (membership on the official Discord server).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

• Purpose: Entry registration for the Ghost Justice Supporter Pack giveaway, verification of competition rules (Discord server membership), contacting the winners, and prize distribution.
• Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, granted by checking the consent box upon registration.

4. Data Retention Period

The evaluation of the competition will take place following the conclusion of Steam Next Fest (after October 26, 2026). Your data will be stored exclusively for the duration of the giveaway and for a maximum of 30 days after its evaluation. Following this period, all collected email addresses, countries and Discord usernames will be permanently and securely deleted.

5. Recipients and Disclosure of Data

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed solely through essential technical services (web hosting providers, email delivery service providers) required to operate the competition.

6. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:
